Governor Akpabio Distributes N1 Million each to PDP Chairmen For 'Mr Biggs'

Governor Akpabio is not taking it calmly these days oh, and must be in the spirit of giving, Nice i guess.

 First he gives Tuface and Annie Idibia a very expensive gift, now he gives PDP Chairmen 1million Naira each and what for(Mr Bigss)... Somebody wake me up from my slumber....lol
